International companies are mitigating risks by enhancing security at the regional offices around the world.For this particular project, Frontier Pitts worked with a local construction company, and supplied a number of PAS 68 Compact Terra Barriers and Static Terra Venus Bollards.

These anti-terrorist drop arm barriers and static bollards provide high security protection against potential acts of terrorism against international infrastructure and technology. The PAS 68 Compact Terra Barrier solution has been impact tested to the British PAS 68 specification, successfully stopping 3.5t @ 30mph (48kph) within the barrier aperture. Remote access control and safety devices such as photocells and flashing beacons were included on the barriers to fulfill site requirements.The PAS 68 Static Terra Venus Bollards have also been impact tested to the British PAS 68 specification, successfully stopping 7.5t @ 30mph (48kph), with zero penetration. These HVM Bollards are the ideal solution to protect building perimeters from the threat of hostile vehicle, whilst allowing the free passage by pedestrians.

Frontier Pitts worked closely with the architects and security consultants to design a physical security system to protect their assets against the potential threat, whilst providing 100% duty rating and reliability.
