At Frontier Pitts we offer refurbishment services on all of our equipment. This may be required due to the age of the equipment or to due to vehicle damage.

The options are listed below:

Refurbishment

A full refurbishment will consist of removing your equipment from site and returning it to our manufacturing facility. Here, the equipment will undergo a full mechanical and electrical overhaul. This can also include re painting to bring it back to a “as new” standard. The electrical overhaul will include updating the safety systems to ensure the equipment complies with current health and safety legislation.

Throughout this process you will be assigned a dedicated project manager that will ensure the job runs as smooth as possible and keep you updated throughout.

This option also has the added benefit of a full 12 month warranty

On Site Refurbishment

We understand that security on some sites is paramount and therefore the perimeter security equipment cannot be removed to refurbish. If this is the case, and the engineer has deemed the structure of the equipment to be serviceable, we can offer an onsite refurbishment service. This process can involve a full mechanical overhaul and a new electrical control panel to be manufactured and brought to site. This will also ensure the equipment meets the required health and safety standards.

With this option the equipment will not be fully repainted, however it can be recoated on site.

A dedicated project manager will handle the project and be able to answer any of your queries.
