Frontier Pitts Ltd has become the first company to achieve LPS 1175 Issue 6 Security Rating 3 & 4 for their full height Terra Diamond Turnstile.

The Terra Diamond Turnstiles successfully resisted an intensive attack test programme in accordance with LPS 1175: Issue 6.1. Under the category of Building Fabric, this involved a series of attack tests each lasting at least 10 minutes using a wide array of hand tools and battery powered tools.

Construction: High-strength sheet steel blades. (Grade 4 has additional reinforcing for increased resistance to attack)

Finish: Various options available, including: Shotblasted, hot zinc sprayed, primed & finished with a final
coat of polyurethane paint. Client to advise RAL paint number. This process provides a 20-year corrosion protection system for exterior, industrial polluted inland sites to BS5493, 1977 (Revised 1984). Alternatively, acid dipped then hot galvanized. Any colour in the RAL colour range.

Options: Red/Green Indicator Lights, Manual release handle, LED walkway lighting

Duty cycle: 100% duty rating

BS EN 1627:2011 Requirements and classification for Pedestrian doorsets, windows, curtain walling, grilles and shutters. Burglar resistance.

Controls: The programmable logic controller (PLC) with built in safety features will accept inputs from access control systems including access card, voice, etc. Push button as supplied as standard
