LPS 1175 Terra Diamond Turnstile

Since becoming the first company to achieve LPS1175 on their full height Terra Diamond Turnstile back in 2011 (Iss 6.1), Frontier Pitts Ltd has again pushed the boundaries and is pleased to annouce our full height Terra Diamond Turnstile is now certified to LPS1175 Issue 8 Security Ratings D10 (SR4) and E1 with both a 3 winged rotor (120 degree) and a 4 winged rotor (90 degrees)

The Terra Diamond Turnstiles successfully resisted an intensive attack test programme in accordance with LPS 1175: Issue 8. Under the category of Building Fabric, this involved a series of attack tests each lasting at least 10 minutes using a wide array of hand tools and battery powered tools.

Construction: High-strength sheet steel blades. (Grade 4 has additional reinforcing for increased resistance to attack)

Finish: Various options available, including: Shotblasted, hot zinc sprayed, primed & finished with a final
coat of polyurethane paint. Client to advise RAL paint number. This process provides a 20-year corrosion protection system for exterior, industrial polluted inland sites to BS5493, 1977 (Revised 1984). Alternatively, acid dipped then hot galvanized. Any colour in the RAL colour range.

Options: Red/Green Indicator Lights, Manual release handle, LED walkway lighting

Duty cycle: 100% duty rating
