Frontier Pitts Automatic Rising Kerbs have been installed at a prestige London residence to provide anti ram protection and heavy duty vehicle access control to the vehicle elevator that accesses the residency’s underground basement car park.The Parking Height Rising Kerb with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a surface mounted unit requiring minimal foundations – ideal for inner city ites such as the residence, with limited foundations depths. With 100% duty rating, the units are designed for continuous and frequent use.The Architect specified that the Rising Kerbs were manufactured in stainless steel to compliment the residence exterior and look aethestically pleasing.The control cabinet for the Rising Kerbs was installed in the Basement Car Park, keeping it out of site and in a secure location.
