The National Health Service Hospital in St. Leonards-on-Sea near the borough of Hastings in East Sussex contacted Frontier Pitts for the access control solution together with the maintenance package to ensure peace of mind.
With boom lengths of 3 metres with boom lights providing visibility, Frontier Pitts FBX model of Automatic Barrier was the perfect solution. The Automatic Barriers torque motors have 100% duty rating, are instantly reversible and constantly energised, which provides security locking and protection against low temperatures and damp conditions.Frontier Pitts provided car height pedestals where the Intercom voice controls (by others) were mounted. Safety autoclose vehicle induction loops within the ground provided safe closure of the barriers once a vehicle had passed through.
