- Tracked gates are modelled
on either the LoTracker or the LiteTracker gates, and incorporate
similar design features
- Designed to run on
a track installed into the roadway
- Tracked gates are available
in manual or automatic versions
- Maximum width 16,000mm.
However bespoke gates are available on request.
- Standard gate height
2400mm. Maximum gate height 5500mm.
- Designed for continuous
and frequent use, and will withstand impact from determined vehicle
attacks
- It has been successfully
installed throughout the world, in varying climatic conditions, in
heavy industrial and high security applications, such as government
and defence establishments, airports, warehouses and distribution
centres
- Smaller gates normally
require one running track
- Larger gates or gates
with higher speed will require two parallel running tracks.
- The trackwork is cast
into the concrete foundation which is poured in two stages.
The track is bolted down to the first pour concrete and the second
pour brings the level up to finished road level. The track is
normally 5mm below finished road level.
- The second pour of
concrete must be left for a period of time before installation of
the gate itself.
- The entire gate installation
may normally be completed within ten working days (including curing
time of the concrete).
