Security Sliding Gates providing perimeter security to Gas Production Facilities across the North of England, and the rest of the UK.

As the Automatic Security Gate Experts, one of our Key Account Customers relied on Frontier Pitts to design and install Sliding Gates to secure several wide apertures at numerous locations across the North of England.The production facilities, which provide alternative forms of energy to its customers, required physical security gates and turnstiles to identify and protect the sites perimeter, whilst allowing access to authorised vehicles and personnel.One particular location, pictured below, required two security sliding gates, one of which was 13m wide, and a pedestrian control gate and turnstile system.

The LoTracker Sliding Cantilevered Gate (pictured above) secures an entrance of 13m and has a skirt to accomodate the fall across the roadway. The 100% duty rated Sliding Gate requires no ground track or support across the roadway. The balance is provided by a unique runback track, which enables the gate to be fully projected across the roadway without tipping.

As Safety Assured Accreditated members of the Powered Gate Group (PGG), part of the Door & Hardware Federation (DHF), all our Automatic Gates comply fully with the stringent safety standards and guidance from the HSE (Health & Safey Executive).
