On Stand 801 of this year’s IFSEC, in the new Counter Terror product area, Frontier Pitts will be displaying footage of the Anti-Terra Series; the only COMPLETE range of high security equipment crash tested to PAS 68 2007.

The COMPLETE Anti Terra range includes the Terra Gate which is the first gate in the World to be impacted in both the half open and fully closed positions. The Terra Blocker, Terra Bollards (crash tested in both single and dual unit systems), Terra Road Closer (swing arm barrier), Terra Hinged Gate, Terra Lock Gate (bi-parting pair of hinged gates) and the Terra Rising Barrier complete the high security vehicle protection range. All crash tests have resulted in the equipment successfully stopping a 7,500kg lorry travelling at 50mph, except the rising barrier which was tested at 40mph. The Terra Gate, Terra Blocker, Terra Bollards and Terra Lock Gate all continued to operate after impact. The tests were conducted in accordance with the British Standard PAS 68 2007 and the Department of State K12 standard. The Terra Diamond Turnstile completes the Anti Terra range as the high security pedestrian control unit. This system has been successfully tested to LPS 1175, class 6, toolkit F.

Frontier Pitts standard range of products includes a range of rising arm barriers, sliding, hinged and bi-folding speed gates, rising kerbs, road blockers and rising bollards, pedestrian control gates and turnstiles and manual products .
