| The Terra Lock Gate is part of the Anti Terra range which is the complete range of counter terror equipment. The Anti Terra range has been successfully impact tested in accordance with BSi PAS 68:2007, stopping 7500kg travelling at 50mph (80kmph). The requirements of the BSi PAS 68:2007 standard surpasses those of the Department of State test standard SD-STD-2.01 Revision A, Certification Class K12, which has now been superseded by the ASTM standard F2656. The Terra Gate, Terra Blocker, Terra Bollards & Terra Lock Gate continued to operate after the crash test impact. |
The Frontier Pitts Terra Lock Gate model ATTL is a bi-parting pair of hinged gates, available in widths up to 6000mm and heights up to 3000mm. Foundation depth of 350mm required Terra Lock Gate has been successfully impact tested to the BSi Standard PAS 68:2007, stopping 7,500kg travelling at 50mph (80km/Hour). |

The test was conducted to prove the arresting capability of the Terra Lock Gate when impacted with a 7500kg test vehicle at a speed of 50mph (80km/hour). The BSi PAS 68: 2007 specification requirements surpass that required by the Department of State test standard SD-STD-2.01 K12 standard, which has now been superseded by the ASTM standard F2656. The high security bi parting hinged gate, was successfully tested by TRL Crash Laboratories. The Terra Lock Gate remained FULLY FUNCTIONAL after the impact test.
