Response Times

Frontier Pitts offer a range of response times
with our Maintenance Contracts

All contracts come with a priority response when requesting an engineer. We offer 2 types of guaranteed response cover on our contracts.

Working Hours: This is during normal office hours only and has to be requested in writing by fax 01293 560650 or email to service@frontierpitts.com.

Out of Hours: This gives you 24 hour a day cover with the same procedures as above for normal hours and access to our call centre by telephone out of hours

  • 48 Working Hour - A Frontier Pitts engineer will attend site within 2 working days from the time of the written request.
  • 24 Working Hour - A Frontier Pitts engineer will attend site the next working day from the time of the written request.
  • 12 Hour - A Frontier Pitts engineer will attend site on the same day and you will be dealt with as a priority callout. The first available engineer will attend site.
  • 4 Hour - The nearest available Frontier Pitts engineer will be dispatched to deal with your request.

 

Guaranteed Response 

If we do not meet your response time we will not be entitled to charge you for the labour or travel to site. If you are an all inclusive contract holder we would either increase the term of your contract or grant an extra maintenance visit as compensation. This guaranteed response is subject to an element of discretion due to extenuating circumstances, i.e. traffic conditions or computer systems failure.
